Santara Ltd. is an investment company focused on construction and real estate management. In our portfolio, there are commercial shopping centers and holiday complexes, but we have specialized in the construction and management of residential buildings in Sofia. Our goal is to build functional premises on key locations and to provide full property management for a peaceful and safe living.

Our activity includes renting of apartments and commercial stores. In addition to the rented premises, we strive to grant you full property management throughout the period of use. This means maintaining a favourable environment both for living and doing business.
For our residential buildings, we use only high-quality materials to build functional and energy-efficient homes where bills are low and market value grows over time. We pay special attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas, including the surrounding areas. We try to maintain a peaceful and safe environment, while at the same time trying to preserve the good neighbourly relations. It is extremely important for us to react in time to loud noises due to music, repairs or other unpleasant situations.
In our projects, we design in advance systems for limited access, 24h video surveillance and premises for live security. In addition to the warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the buildings, we also undertake the whole property management, in order to ensure a secure and peaceful environment for all of our residents.
